So Phaedrus is a Dragoon?

I wonder when he will get a mount. I hope it's a Dragon mount.

Phaedrus just needs some bandages. Bandages instantly stabilize any injury!

One Piece has taught me so much.

I couldn't agree more:

This is why the first thing any smart party buys is a wand of cure light wounds, 15 gp per spell use is MUCH easier on the wallet than 50, if retraining rules are in play a priest type who takes the feat to make his own wand and trains it to something else once he actually needs the feat can get away with 7 gp each.

Just read the Dragoon Fighter archetype, Man and here i thought regular Fighter was a crap class, here's a variant that trades away the ability to use any weapon but spears for a +3 on ride checks and the ability to get a +2 attack bonus for falling off their horse once they hit lv 15.

Note that they get +2 damage on spears for each weapon training instead of +1, and some other stuff to make mounted combat better. Most fighters won't use any weapons outside of their main weapon group or even their weapon focused/spec/greater versions weapon.

True, it is a harder hitting weapon specialty. Trades your first level bonus feat for two feats. And honestly Skill Focus (Ride) is a good skill to have for a mounted character. The one thing you can say that he has done wrong is that he's a mounted character archetype without a mount. He really should have invested in even a horse. Or looking ahead grab Nature Soul at level 1 or 3, and grab Animal Ally at level 5 so he has a Druid Animal Companion advancing mount. Which gets even better if he switches at level 6 to something like Hunter or Cavalier. By the time he hits level 8 he's got a fully advanced mount. By level 9 he's actually ahead of the Druid level.

Then again, mounted combat. It's a great thing that people love to pointlessly beat into the ground. xD
