"Nick Fury"
Is it just me, or does the guy in the first panel look like Nick Fury?

Disloyal Subject
I think that's your subject matter, kidra. Pretty sure it's Morpheus from The Matrix - admittedly, Fury is perhaps better at challenging people's preconceptions.

I also saw morpheus there.

OK I see Morpheus now. Maybe Morpheus is actually nick fury though. Bald black guys who cover one or both of their eyes...

Chaotic stupid is only really fun for everyone when there is a logical progression from save the princess to throwing jars filled with animal fetuses in formaldehyde at the dragon.

Your character can make stupid leaps of logic, but it has to follow a progression.

One example was from OOTS where Crystal tried to kill Haley by shoving her into a barrel of pickles. The logic was that whenever Haley had gotten food when they were kids, she always ordered her food without pickles. Crystal took this to mean Haley had a weakness to pickles, thus the pickle barrel trap.

A similar thing would be me dropping a straight guy into a pit of chopped off penises, assuming that because he only sleeps with women, his mortal weakness is penises. This is blatantly stupid, of course, because the leap from "I don't like this" to "Oh god no! My one weakness!" Is a pretty massive leap.

To be fair though, I think falling into a pit filled with chopped off penises, oozing blood all over, would be just about anyone's weakness. So when he crawls or swims out, and collapses to the ground, vomiting everywhere, that would reinforce my strange and highly unhealthy line of fsulty logic.

You can, in fact, make a chaotic stupid character that doesn't annoy everyone due to how random they are. You just need to carefully pick your brand of faulty logic.

Once I actually made a chaotic Neutral character who, had to be chaotic neutral due to the fact she was possessed by a part of a greater demon. So her acting insane is a logical thing considering she has a utterly evil thing inside her, and basically making her think things.
Plus being a sorcerer didn't help much, one of the things that helped her out to not be utterly insane was the avatar of Oildamera, who of course was a bard. ((music soothes the savage beast!, plus Oli is CN too, so he has more then SOME baring on the plot))
Basically she wasn't a player character either, she was the 'main' bad guy the player characters are tracking, because the demon wants his other parts so that he can come back. The big quest is, or was to stop this from happening.
But having an excellent reason to be batcrap insane like a demon inside of you corrupting you and making you that way is a good reason to set fire to the bartender then make out with the barmaid while he burns.
