Ahh, music. Such a fun thing to have in a game. Harder to do well in a story, but imagine this:

Our dickhead mage Davrel was considered ideal to serve as a distraction. The Justice League figured, you know, he's new, he probably shouldn't be sent in the infiltration force. They tell him to make a distraction. He asks for one of Batman's cowls, one of his capes, a pair of gloves, and that he be allowed to bring his ipod.

He won't tell anyone what he's planning, but he makes sure the watchtower has a direct feed on him for their amusement. When he's sent to cause the distraction, he lands, and draws someone's attention. He's wearing the cowl, and cape. Everything else is hidden. One gloved hand reaches out to reveal a white ipod. He presses a button, and music starts playing. He smiles, and without moving, says:

I know you like me. I know you do. That's why whenever I come around, he's all over you. And I know you want it. It's easy to see. And in the back of your mind, I know you should be on with me.

He sweeps the cape away, revealing that he's wearing 6 inch heel knee high combat boots, a black thong with the batman logo, and nothing else. He slips the ipod into his thong and dances as he sings.

"Don't cha wish your batman was hot like me? Don't cha with your batman was a freak like me? Don't cha? Don't cha? Don't cha wish your batman was raw like me? Don't cha wish your batman was fun like me?"

A decent charm spell and something completely unexpected work as a powerful one two punch to have the enemy entranced.

Back on the watch tower, there's a betting pool over how hard Batman's going to hit Davrel when he finds out.

Edit: The winner was Hawkgirl, with cracked jaw.

Hmmm... Is it a bad thing that Baloney designed a puzzle requiring them to know music without checking to make sure that they could actually play music, or a good thing that she quietly altered an NPC to know just the basics without telling the party?
