Worst DM is still being horrible

I don't think Dragon spit is an ingredient in inflict potions.

Dragon Bile on the other hand, strong poison.

You know. At this point I have to ask... WHY is Fowle so intent on killing adventurers? I mean, he's clearly a killer GM; but this level of dogged pursuit makes it seem... personal.

He's currently mad at Eli.
Snowtwo 2nd Nov 2018, 7:21 AM edit delete reply

Yea... But it seems to be much more than this. I mean, we saw way back that he killed those Monty Haul adventurers. Plus, while I doubt he's concerned with collateral, Eli seems to have gotten by relatively unscathed. I mean he wasn't caught in the traps and, at worst, got his lightning elemental 'revoked' (it wasn't really resolved if he could do that or not) and the dragon hasn't hurt Eli at all. It seems to be more of an all-encompassing hate that just gets more all-encompassing with Eli around.

The theory I had at first was that he was just buddy buddy with his monsters, but it doesn't seem like he cares a lot about this dragon either.

Maybe he can collect their souls if he arranges the players' deaths? At least one of the DMs is possessed by a demon or something, right?

It comes to mind that Wizards have no way to repair undead (that I remember).
Yet another reason necromancers who control armies of undead probably aren't wizards at all because clerics are better at it.
Malroth 1st Nov 2018, 6:24 PM edit delete reply
Arcane Disciple (destruction) can get inflict spells on the wizard spell list. Also Destructive Retribution from the Corpsecrafter line causes any of your undead that die to heal all the other ones.

There is Gloomblind Bolts. I use the spell semi-regularly on a Witch for attack, but Wiz/Sorc gets it too.

But yeah, nothing very efficient.

Witch at least gets Harm(at a higher level than Cleric though) for big undead heals. Still not ideal for Necromancy though.

"Yeah no"
The Boss was bad enough in that really only one guy could do real damage. With more restaince and immunity’s you can shake a stick at.

Teleporting away to cast healing magic/chug health potions and come back would have any Group I’ve played with revolt.

I have a feeling the other DM’s will call him out on this crap real soon
