I... have no idea what Combat Healer is.
I mean, I can guess. Probably something like x times per day, cast a cure spell as a swift action.
I just can't find it anywhere. There's a Combat Healer Squire archetype for paladin but- 1. It doesn't do that 2. This guy's a cleric not a paladin, right? Otherwise there's no way he has those spells.

He's an oracle(See page 95). Dunno if that helps.

It does, actually. With the addition of oracle to my search it found Combat Healer as part of the battle mystery.
It's a pretty cool ability, expend 2 spell slots to quicken cures... and also limited to 1/day until higher level.
Oh, I guess it could also be Life mystery, but it's the same ability.
