Ask your GM if you can retrain dude! We know BS won’t, but he ain’t their GM! So worst he can do is say no and be a jerk about it!

As a note, there may be something about retraining that makes it so he can’t that I don’t know. Probably is. But still! He can at least ask!

According to the retraining rules archetypes can be swapped out (or just untrained, in this case) just like anything else: money and time. In his case it's just 1 ability so it looks to be 5 days and 500 gp.

While we are at asking DM's permision...
There was a precedent of allowing swap of a class feature. Maybe Phaedrus could swap in Bravery or Armor Training for Weapon Training?

Cept most of the DM's here have disallowed retraining. Not sure if Shen is in that camp as well but two of the others have definately said no.
