Are all those guards dead? I can see that they're bleeding, but it's a little unnerving that their eyes look completely alive. And what's up with that one who's just half on fire?

I believe that they meant that only half of them is on fire, as opposed to all of the guard being on fire.

Yes, as Spare Parts mentioned, also the fact that half his skeleton is exposed. But I want to know why the other half of his body looks like this is just a normal everyday excursion.

She's been declared as an Oracle. I'm familiar with the class, so I'm trying to guess what her Curse is. She didn't see them run, so it probably isn't Clouded Vision. She's talking clearly and responding to the conversation, so it's unlikely Tongues or Deaf. And even if the extended list on the SRD is fair game, there's probably only a few that would be easy to act like they aren't there when slaughtering mooks.
